For a kid so small he lays the wood. I can see him moving to OLB to make use of all his speed. I really like this prospect. Must watch tape.

I was just letting him get out on the edge and letting him use his speed. Your right, the MLB drops back in coverage and roams the middle. I really dont care where he is on the field, i just love his hitting ability. The main concern I have with being a MLB is his size. But on the other hand has a full year to grow. So who knows.......

Whew! This guy on the outside, and if we could plug Jeff Luc in the middle and have Herman Lathers on the other side, forget the goon squad these guys would be the death squad!

if only luc could see the possibilities. a 240 pound man child in the middle and taylor on the outside. that combo would be good for 3 concussions a game and 5 ambulances at each game. who knows though, pulling bryce, janzen and nuke were miracles so i gotta have faith in our staff.

EDIT: It's actually King who's moving to the Sam. Askew is at the Will, and has apparently always been there. Ignore my original post.

"I'm going to become the #1 recruiter for Tennessee now," Taylor said. "I'm going to be playing in the Under-Armor game so I'm going to be around some big time players. I'm going to be putting stuff in their ear so they are always around Tennessee and the Vols are never far from their mind."

Taylor collected 128 tackles, including six sacks during his Junior campaign. He is hoping for an even better Senior year now that he has the recruiting process behind him.

Some committed players will still take visits and take the opportunity to look around before they are forced to sign on the dotted line. Taylor doesn't appear to want that hoopla and says his recruitment is closed.

It has to be great to have a all-american WR in Ambles, all-american DE in Jacques, and a all american LB now recruiting for you.

I like watching our guys all week in the Under-Armor practices and the game, especially knowing they're recruiting the other guys for us.

No, King is playing SAM and Askew is playing WILL right now. They are both coming in with the 2's.

Can someone please tell me what SAM and WILL stand for. I know ILB and OLB. Are there any other one's besides SAM WILL?

SAM = strongside LB
WILL = weakside LB
MIKE = middle LB

Edited to add: there's also a JACK LB in a 3-4 defense that is often used for pass rush
