Kelly is setting up a final recruiting weekend with many recruits on the weekend of the 29th, if he decides to visit it would most likely be then. The weekend before is going to be busy too though

No, i think its something like you lose eligibility at your highschool, so he has to be an EE.

I dont know, it is really dumb especially if a kid doesnt know the rules and particapated in a highschool all star game, and didnt take the classes necessary to become an EE. That could be a disaster.
