Yeah. But that could also work into our favor as that leaves uncertainty in his mind. I have said we are in this more then people think for a long time and i still stand behind it. I am thrilled that he is probably coming to the AU game next weekend. That should really throw him for a loop. Neyland at night is true spectical.
I think negative recruiting is bad for the game -- and Kiffin says it's something they don't practice. However, I'm not sure I wouldn't break that rule to land a player like Luc. I guess what I'm saying is, it should be brought to Luc's attention that the FSU staff is getting a makeover at the end of the year and Charlie Strong, while nothing is set in stone, likely won't be his coordinator next year at UF.
if he is visiting for the auburn game then why ain't rvials or souts talking about it. rivals says that he does not have any scheduled?
Do you think that maybe he is not scheduling any officials to remain under the radar? If he has to only pick 5, then we assume those are his top 5, and he's said he is open to more than 5 schools. If so, then I commend him for being smart. But dumb for not taking the free trip.
I just feel that a player like Jeff Luc has the "potential" to make people forget about Eric Berry. Maybe not "forget" per se, but definitely ease the sting of an early departure to the NFL like everyone expects.
rico will go in he first day of the draft
I doubt he's going to play anything close to a berry level role for a few years and most likely never. not to say he won't be good.
Luc plays a different position, it's not going to be the same role at all. But to say that the potential isn't there, I don't think we can do that. This kid is extremely talented and in a scheme designed by Monte, there's definitely the ability to be nearly as disruptive to an opponent's offense as Berry is, just at a different position.
i know what position he plays, captain obvious. that's why i said that "level of a role"-as in playing to a level that the defense is designed around him
