Not bad at all burger. Not bad at all. I mean, you have to know he is at least interested. He's seen how we work our linebackers, he knows how Tampa Bay's D was, he knows Derrick Brooks and John Lynch, he knows Monte Kiffin, he knows our intensity is like his. He won't be playing in a lazy defense, or a defense that doesn't get to the quarterback.

He's gotta be interested. I hope we have the game of the year against Auburn. That + Night Game + Sell Out Crowd = A much better chance than before.

Don't you get the feeling he will surprise the critics and select TN. If he was going to the Noles/Gators wouldn't he have selected one those teams already. He wants to see if Monte can coach up college players like he coached up the NFL players. He has seen the Noles/Gators play many times living the in the State of Florida. Monte is the newest defense coordinator out of the group of teams.

It just makes sense for him to pick UT. Our team is now basically a NFL team, full of coaches who have coached NFL players, coached in NFL stadiums, got paid NFL money, coaching NFL schemes, against NFL defenses, and running NFL offenses. Like....they know what it takes to get there, and they're going to do it. Most likely, Eric Berry will go this year to the NFL. And if Chris Walker keeps it up, it'll be going soon. Rico McCoy could possibly end up on a roster. Luc needs to get in on this. Any player wanting a true look at the NFL should.

dudes i agree that the longer this carries out the better chance UT has, it is gonna be really hard to turn down monte eddie gran and the chance for early playing time and playing in front of the best fans in college football and the best stadium in college football and that is a fact.

I'm done even trying to speculate with Luc. He's gonna be a monster wherever he ends up. I want him as bad as the next guy, but at this point, I'd settle for anywhere other than UF.

Spikes leaving this year opens up a big opportunity for Luc to roll into Gainesville and start next year. Actually wherever he ends up at he will start. Whatever coach gets him it will be easy enough to polish him for the NFL. This kid already has all the tools and the NFL arleady knows about him. Any program in the SEC especially, will be fine for him to get to the NFL. He knows it and all the SEC teams have great sights to play games in. Some may be bigger but not much more. He also knows wherever he goes along as he stays healthy he will be in the NFL.

I think for this kid it will come down to who he has the best relationships with their staff. That might be the only downside for UT. Yes he will visit and have agreat time, but his time with the coaches will be limited compared to the Florida schools. This is the only reason I can even think FSU has a chance with him because he has spent alot of time with their coaches, otherwise if you could play and start as a freshman at UT why would you got to FSU and the ACC.

That's the rumor. Too much talent getting wasted down there. Mickie Andrew has already announced that he's retiring at the end of the year, and most expect Jimbo to clean house. I don't see Amato keeping his job as LB coach either...

Yes but Luc is an EE. If we do not get him after Auburn he is going to head to UF. Then Charlie will leave and he will comfort himself that his father Serge can see some of his games because he is 3 hours from home instead of 12.

Maybe the staff should negative recruit on this one. Tell Luc how he could play zero years under DC/LB coach Strong or up to four seasons under Monte. Monte should be here at least 5 seasons so that would be until Luc graduated(If he doesn't go pro early).

Chris Dunkley (WR) is rumored to be a UF silent. Luc was at the game and was trying to go into the UT locker room during halftime. Looks good for you guys. Rumors of Ronald Powell (DL) committed in the locker room after the game.

If this is true and it is true that he tried talking to Kiffin after the game it is amazing news. I'm trying not to get my hopes up with Luc because I don't want to be disappointed. I just have a feeling about him tho like many other members here and it just seems like he will come here and I really don't know why everyone has that feeling. But normally when we all feel that way it tends to happen more times than not.
