You are correct. His coach told JB a week ago that they both would announce before the 25th and most likely on the 15th or 16th cuz their decisions had been made. I don't have any idea why Bailey didn't announce, but Scroggins has definitely became unsure of his choice. Things have changed. The rumor is that CLK has been in his ear HARD and has been letting him know much he truly means to the UT program. Everyone agrees that this delay helps UT, no matter how you look at it...

LV, Bailey is the one who is unsure now. Scroggins always was at least that is what my good old gut says. The experts got overly excited about what coach said. There is a reason Scroggins never announced that date.
How it all went down is speculation. Scroggins is in Bailey's ear if you ask me. And Kiffins has been going after Scroggins hard for awhile now. He is obsessed with landing him. He knows land him and we get several recruits to come with.

Yeah I think this isn't that bad of news. Obviously losing Bailey hurts, but the fact that they didn't announce together and Scroggins may in fact come back in for another visit is a very good sign.

Nice haha. I think Florida has no shot though. They really don't have anything to offer that USC doesn't. I think he'd like to stay in California but if he goes across country, Tennessee gives him the best shot at early playing time. He also has family there.

I don't normally compare the schools or act like an expert, because I'm not..I have to ask the question though.. If you are Bailey and you are thinking about going cross country to ND, why would you not go across the country to play for Monte & play with Berry instead?

He most likely won't get to play with Berry. Berry would have to stay for his senior season for that to happen and I don't see why he would. You never know I guess.
