Yes the BB visit was before he announced. He came to the practice that open to the public and was in a big orange jacket. There is a pic of it here.

I think what gives this rumor a smidge of credibility is:
1. His dad said today that they'd go visit if Jesse wanted to check a school out again.
2. If he's gonna announce on July 25th, then there's really no other time to do it but in the next few days.
3. I'm sure he's very familiar with what USC has to offer.
4. CLK seemed so impressed with our facilities compared to USC, I can't help but think he would be too.

Everyone knows the ins and outs of the UT/USC debate, so no need to hit those again. If Lane can get him to Knoxville one more time i think we have better than a 50-50 chance.

If true, a last min. visit is big.

And in this case, I think it is the difference for us. 25% if he does not come in.

I would be willing to place a large bet that if it is in fact true that he visits with Bailey, then he will be a Vol. I mean I can totally see it now. He tells his pops is 50/50 and doesnt know what to do, says he loved the UT visit, but so many things draw him to USC as well. As a good pops he tells his son if he wants to go back to UT again before he decides then that is fine. He recalls how good the first visit is and tells Bailey he has to come with him so he can see how awesome UTK is.

The both come, JS realizes this is where its at, shows Bailey the light and the both commit next week together on nat'l tv after silently commiting on their visit. Milton notices, wants in as well, and commits a day later.

Honeslty does that not sound like a real possibility

Some of you people are psychotic. One second you've given up and he is all USC. Now you hear a couple of rumors and he is a Vol. I've thought it was 50/50 all along but dang... it's crazy how strongly some of you feel about where he is going and quick you are to change your decision. You are correct. His coach told JB a week ago that they both would announce before the 25th and most likely on the 15th or 16th cuz their decisions had been made. I don't have any idea why Bailey didn't announce, but Scroggins has definitely became unsure of his choice. Things have changed. The rumor is that CLK has been in his ear HARD and has been letting him know much he truly means to the UT program. Everyone agrees that this delay helps UT, no matter how you look at it...

I agree, but a visit less than a week before he commits is a game changer to say the least.
