The idea of a package deal with Dion, the Cuz and Jesse is quite tempting and I could possibly seeing them both go together espically if it means traveling to UT.

If Jesse decides on USC, then chances of Bailey as well are good but better for UT if Jesse decides on UT

I don't believe anything I hear pertaining to Scroggins unless it comes out of his own mouth. Even if he has said he will commit to SC I wouldn't be suprised if he changes his mind before it comes time to announce. This kid is very unsure of what he needs to do right now IMO

a mod from another board says Bailey and Scroggins will commit to USC in the next 2 weeks.

Unless something major has changed since Tuesday, because it is stated that Bailey is planning on visiting Notre Dame the end of July with his family. From what it sounds like they both will commit before the season but I don't see Bailey in two weeks commiting.
