I hope we win our next battle over Lane, but I'm pretty happy swinging Jackson, and we do have plenty of DBs, even though I wanted Moore.

Well done here though, and best of luck winning any and all recruiting battles against Florida.

I think Orta committing to Tennessee and Moore committing to Miami on the same day was no coincidence. Dooley knew what was happening so he took Orta, which is sill a great pick up.

Dooley definitely saw this coming. I would've loved to have gotten Moore, but I'm still pleased with our DBs in this class.

The good news in this is that it appears that both FSU and Miami are going to be bringing in some major talent with Jimbo and Golden. When FSU and Miami are strong, that's good news for us.

He asked you to follow him on twitter and then didn't make a multiyear commitment that will affect his entire life? That backstabbing bastard. You really got a raw deal, man. Hope you can recover from this.

LOL...U really are a Smart4$$...I kinda like it...:hi:

Los Angeles Harbor College defensive back Byron Moore just became the ‘Canes newest commit during his visit to Coral Gables this weekend according to wide receiver Patrick Onwuasor who visited Miami with his this weekend.

“B. Moore committed this weekend,” Onwuasor told InsideTheU.com from the airport following the visit of all the Cali kids to Coral Gables this weekend. “He was trying to get everyone to commit to Miami with him this weekend.”

rivals already posted it

Bakas is also reporting that it is his belief that Lane will be a Cane. The good news is he said Moore would be a Vol...
Think Moore always wanted to play at " The U" per some of his earlier comments,,,

in 4 years miami had one arrest gayforbray( its funny a name tho :))

if latwan anderson could stay out of trouble...i think moore can too..hopefully lol

So he committed officially to Miami?

According to some sources yes. Sounds like some are getting upset because of the way it came out. Basically, it was reported by a website because of something that was said by another recruit who's on a visit there.

That said, chances are VERY good (99.9%) that he's committed.

No surprise really. He always sounded like he really wanted to end up at Miami. Having his first visit may have hurt us with Miami getting his last, but all is well. Miami is going to be back with Golden at the helm. Tennessee will get great players between now and signing day, so I guess it is only fair that Miami gets a few also.
