Totally disagree. Waggner was miserable during the latter part of the season and struggled mightily at times throughout the season. And I'm sure he made some nice tackles this season but he missed a hell of a lot of critical ones as well that led to huge gains and ultimately points of the opponent. Sometimes I'm not sure what people are actually watching when they watch games. I guess in some people's minds those Int's make up for everything else he struggled mightily with this year. His breakdowns hurt this team more than any other player on defense this season IMO. Just re-watch the UNC game. I'm not hating on the guy. He is a decent, serviceable player, but if you want to be a 10-win SEC type of program, he isn't someone that is in your starting lineup.

When are we expecting his announcement to come down today?

That could have been on the safety not giving him help over the top.

I did it in in 2 threads. Moore and Jernigan. I hope for the best with both of them but that is what I think.

Love UT but I'm not a blind homer who thinks UT gets whoever they want, whenever they want.

Moore is just a feeling. I think we got in too late for Jernigan, made a good impression and something to think about but too little, too late. IMO.

I wouldn't disagree with the Jernigan post...I have followed recruiting long enough to know that we all usually build up false hope and then in the end are disappointed w an otherwise good class.

I do buy that if what Skeeter says about Wilcox's feeling on Moore then we will land him.

Guess we will find out toniight...i just have this feeling that if we land Moore tonight we coudl be in for a very strong close, if not then I am afraid we may miss out on a lot of these guys.

I feel that way because if Wilcox is so positive on Moore and we don't land him, then it is likely we whiff on a few others that the coaches have "felt good" about.

Ya know?

No need to get upset about it. He is no insider and has no secret info. He is giving you his gut feeling. Nothing more or less. His gut feeling and $1 can get you a good movie at the Redbox.
