I live in MD and while Northern VA is very nice it is also more expensive and has worse traffic IMO. Annapolis is a nice city and a quick drive into DC, depending on where you're driving to. Metro is a good option for getting into DC vs driving. Keep us posted on where you end up. Lot of VFLs up...
