Great writeup. Basically the same things we've seen here. Attack the middle of the field more, OL was bad, and WRs couldn't get separation.
After reading that and watching the clips it makes me feel better and worse about the team at the same time. Most of what went wrong is easily correctable but it concerns me greatly that the staff couldnt/wouldnt make some simple adjustments.
Where are the hot routes vs a corner blitz? Where are the shallow crosses? Imo a lot of the lack of separation from the WRs is scheme related. I hope the staff is willing to make the necessary adjustments.
If the OL can get just a little bit better the rest of it can be fixed with scheme adjustments.

So guys I'm debating on going to the game tomorrow. On one hand, I have a lot on the to do list, and my 3 year old wants to go to the park. I planned on spending the day with him anyway, as I'm going to the swamp to watch us drain it and will be away for a couple of days. On the other hand, I have an extra ticket and could take him to his first game, but I'm not sure he'll be old enough to remember/understand it. Plus it's a 3 hour drive one way to the stadium, and that's tough on a toddler. Decisions..

I agree with this. At 3 years old it is very likely he won't even remember and it could turn into a frustrating day for both of you.So I will be that one. I decided not to try to take my 5 year old to the BG game because he had never sat down and watched much of a game with me at home. He just turned 5, and attention span takes him somewhere else. It would be miserable at a game, and we were 3 hours away from Nashville.
I can't imagine taking a 3 year old, especially for a 7:00 game. I have a 5 year old, 3.5 year old, and 10 month old. My take is enjoy the day at home with him, and then enjoy the trip away when we beat the Gators.
