This is what folks kept saying year after year with the previous two coaches... "one more year, one more year"... She completely lost the team after the "plenty of quit in them" statement a while ago, and the team has been going through the motions/treading water ever since to get the season...

say what you want, but how many times have we seen a Barnes team with more talent than the opponent pull this type of thing-- tale of two halves... and Barnes just has the wide-eyed look on his face... When is it time to look for a coach who can find a way to have his team play at a consistently...

That wasn't a "off half shooting the ball".... to give up that kind of lead and play two halves like that, it's just bad and we've seen it too many times with Barnes teams... embarrassing. This is one of those Barnes teams that are just hot or cold, and struggle regularly to play at a high level...

I believe Pearl is like one of the lowest paid coaches, with his contract built on a lot of incentives... it is crazy though how they ended up with him...

We aren't, and have not, been playing like a 6 seed... you don't get your arse handed to you by FL and KY like we did and feel good about where we are headed... Yes we can put a game here and there together, but we are not playing at a consistent high level like in years past... team better...

if we can ever figure out how to make free throws, not turn the ball over all the time, decide we are winning on rebounds consistently, and maybe come together as a team and play the entire game at a high level, we may just end up being pretty good... Gillespie---- man do I miss ZZ...
