I know he went to the Super Bowl with the Cardinals, but he also had Kurt Warner at QB. After Warner retired, didn't the Cardinals kind of fall off? I'm not trying to start an argument because I wouldn't mind if we hired him, especially if we have Gregg Williams as DC, I just don't want to take...

I think if we can't get Whisenhunt (spelling?) or Norv Turner it would be good just because he and Gruden are familiar with each other. We know the offense would be Grudens, so the bengals RB coach would just be the play caller IMO.

Yes. Jay as head coach and maybe the bengals RB coach for OC? And bring Gregg back as DC. I think that would make us pretty damn dangerous. We have talent, we just haven't had competent coaches.
