I'm wanting an offensive-minded head coach like Jay Gruden this time around. Don't get me wrong, Dan Quinn is a great coach, but Id rather not have him as the HC either.

I'm torn on this. The Seahawks lead the league at #1 rank defensively. No doubt Quinn has alot to do with that. But with all the offensive weapons we have its hard not to want an offensive minded coach.

Defense wins championship, but ya don't score ya don't get there. Man I don't even know anymore.

Definitely bring Williams back, but that should be it from tge old staff. Idk much about Cincy's rb coach though. You think he would do good as an OC?
