I think you're confusing Mahelona with Mapu, who was Mormon. Mahelona was polynesian, and as far as I know, Mahelona was a Christian.

To say someone isn't a fan because they didn't attend the school is idiotic. Heck, Thunder didn't even go to school at UT if I recall correctly, and he's one of the biggest boosters.

I saw him get hurt at practice on the 13th. He came off the field clutching his shoulder. Vinson had shoulder surgery in Jan. 2008, so it's not like they haven't addressed the problem.

Completely agree that he is the most underrated player in Vol history. He just had two tough acts to follow.

Can't say that I'm entirely surprised. I thought that he might go that route when I saw TW resigned.

I say definitely eBay. I got a "Tennessee Legends" poster from the seventies a couple years ago that is awesome. It's got coach majors, coach neyland, bad news cafego, gene mcever and more. I see them on there every so often.

That was my exact thought this morning. Having lived there for nine years until very recently, they always talk about how hostile it is when they come. I guess they will learn the definition of hostile in a few months.

That's the one right there. It's going to be fun to watch.
