....I definitely think we should fire a football coach every two or three years until no one would seriously look at taking the job.
Also firing a coach before he is given an opportunity to repair a badly broken program would be more in line with the level of sophistication of the UT fan...
....he is the only Vol QB to have SEC game experience, and the offense he will be running is more like what he ran in HS and won the "GatorAid Player of the Year" award......beyond than these points I have no idea how he will do....?
...real AD's judge the seasons entire body of work. A lot of gunslinging talk about firing so understand this....Tennessee is unlikely to get a name coach and a dream team staff, there was a time when that would have happened, but those days are over......!
.....I don't care about the letter, I care that Tyler is getting some of the best protection in college football and increasing amount of help from the running backs and as a result he needs to be more productive in pressure situations......period!
Tennesse's football problems go back further and deeper that Derek Dooley, and are best described this way:
Tennessee want's to be competitive in the SEC.....
Alabama intends to be champion of the SEC.......
Good is not good enough in Alabama....good is good enough in...
...if you think that the Florida game did anything to improve the draft status of Bray, Hunter, and Patterson you were watching a different game than I was...!
....no college team in America can effectively cover Hunter and CP, and when you add in Rivera and Rodgers, not to mention Neal and Lane as potential recievers....well there is no way.
Florida's best bet is to put the ball on the ground and play keep away from Bray...their only bet...!
