When I get an email offering the opportunity to buy extra Florida and Alabama tickets, I know that the financial status of the FB/athletic program is not where it needs to be. adding an eighth home game makes some sense in that regard.

He also is the AD at Tech if I read right; that meas he should know NCAA rules backwards and forwards and might give us a idea of some of the violations/crap that was going on at UT.

Loved them - more importantly, my kids loved them. You do what is necessary to relate to your kids and recruiting - pick your battles.

My wife was a UT grad; when I met her in grad school (1992), following the Vols was what we did. Have been huge fans ever since.
