point 6. No riddles . Money not an issue. If it were that easy we would have someone already... which in my opinion means he hasn’t signed yet. I think being around family for thanksgiving and really having a heart to heart with family will be the deciding factor.

That’s my take. No riddles, the money is there just waiting for the decision. There is a plan B if need be.
