I’m willing to bet the same people taking up for Milton are the same ones that tried to defend JG. Milton has been playing college ball for 6 years, 3 of them in this offense. He’s dumb people. He can’t figure out what to do on 4th down, much less read a defense and make accurate throws...
I like the title to this thread. All those ready to lay down have to relax. Comparing our situation to our competitors isn’t realistic. Smart followed Richt, who averaged 10 wins a year and left a loaded roster. Muschamp followed the Ol’ Ball Coach. Saban is a freak of nature and we don’t know...
The only reason things didnt fall apart sooner was because of Josh Dobbs. Once he left and butchie had to develop players he was exposed as the terrible football coach that he is. His in-game decisions were embarrassing. The only reason he had success at C. Michigan and Cincy was because he was...
When Butchie was fired it was evident then that Oaklands season was lost and that theyd probably make a change. It was reported that Davis has already gone after JG before this year so Im sure JG figured hed have another chance at the job in a matter of months (at the time). IF he was ever...
Hes an 18 year old kid who doesnt have the first clue about life and is still sh?@ting green. Who cares, hes totally irrelevant. I say ignore him and let him learn lessons of life on his own terms. UT will be just fine either way.
I like Pruitt and hope his coaching & in-game decisions match up to his energy. However A&M had what you call a home run hire. 83-23, 2 conf. titles & 1 Natty in 8 years is purty good!
I have no idea who AV is, but I do know he went through here a few weeks back giving free tickets to the LSU (I think) game to just about anyone who asked. That alone deserves some respect.
Im sure this has been asked already but why didnt he just respond It wasnt the right time.? That wouldve put the entire matter to bed. I dont think hes coming, and Im beginning to wonder just how close to a deal they had before, but oh well. I love Fulmer and everything he represents...
I would agree 100% in the business world, and yes college football is a business, but your consumer is not looking for a bargain. Your consumer wants the best $ can buy and in a case like this it may take a UT man to do that. Others (Currie) would be looking at it from a business standpoint...
