Not for the teams that win. Top two teams in assists are Golden State and Atlanta, who have the top two records.

I'm sorry but neither Dale Ellis nor Bernard King compare to Kevin Durant. He is two healthy years away from passing both of them on the all time scoring list and he is only 26.
