Possibly, however, I heard he would be taking the test for NCAA recruiting today. I also thought he had already been making calls, the lines of what is considered recruiting and what's not seem very blurred. Hard to tell.
Fulmer is taking the recruiting test today, so that he may actively recruit. He will only be able to do so as long as the staff is not full. I️ would assume they will give him the chance to sit in a few living rooms before filling that spot.
Agreed. It cost him his career at Ut, more than likely. I️ just think it is unfair to not at least try and understand the root cause of his tirade. Whether that be his own actions leading to the coaches telling him he would not be playing in the Vandy game or was it truly how he felt...
Not condoning, just speculating on what may have caused JJ to do something this stupid.
Players are told that we are righting the ship and championships are right around the corner at XYZ University during recruiting. It probably is frustratimg when that doesnt happen. I️ know how...
I️ completely agree that we should hold these kids to a high standard, and JJ did not uphold those standards and he is paying he consequences.
However, it seems that his frustration stems from the coaching staff not upholding the primary standard that they get paid to uphold...winning.
These young men are not employees of the University.
JJ was a very talented football player that chose to commit 3 or 4 years of his football career to the University of Tennessee. His commitment along with the commitment from all of the players on the roster has not been upheld by the...

Perhaps Currie made this move to prove that the future head coach would have total control of the program and support from the AD. Jennings may have had mounting issues that made using him as this example a no-brainer.
Theory may be far fetched but it does bode well for candidates interested...
Joe Mixon visciously hit a woman and was suspended. Jauan says what is on all of our minds and gets dismissed. Wow!!
I️ agree that JJ took it too far with his choice of words, but perhaps Currie should have got his Mai Tai sippin ass back to Knoxville to hear JJs complaints before...
