Upsets happen. And yes you can occasionally be the team ranked higher. The problem is it's not going to happen consistently. If we're going to take that next step and compete for championships, the recruiting will have to get better eventually.

I think what he is referring to is we did not win any kind of trophy or Banner. It was a great season. But it is really hard to win 31 games and not have at least a tournament Banner or Championship to show for it. With basketball being such a tournament sport, that's where Tennessee falls short...

The word resiliency in itself isn't actually a bad thing. Problem lies with the people using the word. If Butch Jones use the word ice cream all the time I would still like ice cream not so much butch LOL

I've heard they're anywhere between 9 and seventeen. That's a good recruiting class nationally. But it's never good to be 7th in your conference. Those are the teams you have to play every year. It's progress but still we have a long ways to go.

They're decent but powerhouse? 7th in sec right?
