I think you will find Randy's ability to communicate with kids today is what makes him a really good position coach. He was great at TN when he was the recruiting coordinator. He did become a fall guy and took one for Coach Fulmer. Coach Cut did come back and have some improvement in one year...

Actually that is very true I remember a game where The Orange was making a come back and after a TD Randy held up his fingers to go for two but Fulmer over ruled him. Saw Sanders upset a lot trying to coach and make Phil happy. Must still be a good coach has not had a problem finding jobs...

That is correct. As I remember it both CBJ and the AD said that Dooley had laid the ground work to rebuild a depleted roster. I think CBJ is a much better on the field coach. I also think this team is in much better shape physically! May not be a great year but will keep it close to some...
