Receptions, touring and volunteering at a local orphanage are in store for sailors of the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush, which has arrived in Piraeus, Greece, for a scheduled port visit.
The ship will also conduct exercises with the Hellenic Navy to strengthen the partnership between the two services.
Local dignitaries will visit the Bush for a reception, and sailors will be allowed to take in the sights. A number of community relations projects are on tap, including giving time to a local orphanage.
All this is according to your U.S. Navy, which announced the Bush visit in a press release Tuesday.
