I've never once drooled/jizzed my pants for Martin as much as you do Pearl. If the bosses decide to cut ties with him after this year so be it. However, between the two and the whole package both bring to the table, I'd take Martin. I'm in the same boat as BTO and if he misses the dance this year, it'd be hard to keep him. However, it'll be a cold day in Hell before I continuously badmouth and piss on the coach of the Vols (any coach) much less the quality of person that graces the sideline now.

This is your problem, well one of them anyway. Your brain can't seem to handle that one can say Pearl isn't coming back and/or isn't the only coach that can win here and at the same time think Martin isn't getting it done.

No basketball coach has ever performed at Tennessee like Pearl or lifted the program like he has done. Why are you so against hiring Pearl back and playing top ten teams and winning, going to the NCAA, Sweet sixteen three times and one elite eight. Sports are about winning and this loser we have now needs to go.

What's your reality.....that we can only talk about coaches that the casual fan has never heard of bc that is likely who we will hire. I live in the reality of being a sixer fan and a vol fan.....my basketball fandom sucks right now.

Our reality is that Martin is our coach for the time being. Pearl has 0% chance of becoming our coach in the future. When/If Martin is let go, then I will talk about the next coach. It does the program zero good right now and is not fair to the players that are there right now to talk about other candidates when the job is not open.
