Croom needs to improve, but on balance, I think he had an underrated year last year. There were multiple times he was the victim of a bad throw by the QB. He converted some important third downs. And Neal owes some of his biggest runs to Croom's excellent downfield blocking. There's a lot in Croom's game to like and he will be a big part of the game plan going forward I think.
Weren't they talking about how well Malone did in practices? The actual game means nothing, IMO.
Yeah they did, when they brought in a Juco WR... Barring injury, Malone, Von, and North won't come off the field much.
