Pig, croom, and Josh smith will contribute aswell. I think all of the sophomores will improve.
I don't see Croom or Smith getting on the field much this year. And if it's one or the other, I guess maybe Smith could get some slot time but I am hard pressed to see how Croom would get any significant PT this season. JMO.

Croom was a RS Freshman last season, who'd gotten better over the course of the season. Next season look for him to ball out and try to secure a starting spot.
I think it would be a miracle if Croom starts next season. He damn sure isn't a slot WR in this offense and he isn't beating out North. That means he would have to outperform both Pearson and Malone. I just don't see that happening. He will still play a good bit, though.
With who we have, you can move Croom inside against safeties and LBs similar to the way Cincy split their TEs. Mismatch.
I love that we have so many talented guys, it's not clear which ones will start. If we didn't have Pearson and Malone, Croom would start and do very well, I think. The competition will make all of these guys better.
Everyone on the team was more productive than Smith.I don't understand why people are so confident in Croom. He had one, single good game against the worst team we played. Two true freshmen did better than he did, as did a true sophomore. Sure, he has potential because of his size and athleticism, but almost everyone is saying he's a sure thing to be solid this year when he hasn't been any more productive than Jacob Carter or Josh Smith.
