Clemson is an engineering school. The list of majors at UT should be much larger than Clemson's. Both are good engineering schools, Clemson being superior in that regard. But I think UT has more to offer in terms of academic variety.

That said, I am not sure if Malone is super into engineering, but UT having a whole lotta new facilities coming up for the engineering program, I don't think this will play a factor in his recruiting. It is a push.

From my lurking I haven't noticed that convo ever coming up. But like I said if it is engineering, there would be reasons to choose both programs. As an athlete you couldn't go wrong.

Pretty much. I'd also say the coaches are bragging that they have not one but two elite 11 QBs rather than selling a specific QB. Both of those elite 11's will have a year under their belts before Malone steps on campus.

The losing team usually leaks the info after the recruit gives them the bad news. I think that's very good news that the Clemson 247 guys are saying they lost.

I might have missed it, but has a time been announced? Tried glancing through the last few pages but couldn't find it or missed it one, was looking for actual recruiting info too, couldn't find that either, lol. VN at it's finest in this thread but the best is that people actually believe that Malone is kin to Mikki Allen, just taking one guy's word for it, lol, you know, since it's on the internet, it much be true. :rolleyes:

Could be true, since we are all kin I guess but funny that everyone bought it so easily. You don't think that would have come out before now that they were kin? This is VN, where the CIA goes to get insider knowledge.

Disagree. They get Florida. They proved they'd get UGA. Mizzou would be a good game. 7-5 or 8-4
