Lol, winning a few big games doesn't make you an elite program.

Clemson=WestVirginia
Clemson=Oklahoma St
Clemson=Michigan St

All fine fine programs....all 2nd tier. Always have been always will be. And it won't be long until we're back over there stealing the best players from the state of South Carolina. We've always done it, we always will. Don't let a couple down years fool you.

WVA and Okie State, historically? No.

Point being...

Clemson would get obliterated by Bama, Mizzou and Auburn. Especially if they played all 3 in that order following Florida (with healthy defense), Georgia and USC.

We know at a minimum they'd be going into that murder's row with at least 1 loss. I think Clemson would go 8-4 maybe 9-3 at best with our schedule this year.

Wonder what Clemson's record would be if they played Tennessee's schedule?

You give any team in the country our schedule and they are walking away with at least another loss or two. One of the hardest schedules in CFB history.

That doesn't mean Clemson isn't legit. They've been a damned good team the last couple of years and would absolutely blow the doors off of us if we played them.

This statement simply isn't accurate. We haven't lost to a team not named FSU or USCe since Nov of 2011. These are our 2 biggest rivals, and it is a MAJOR problem, IMO.

A more accurate perspective on Dabo is that he handles business against almost everyone, but simply can not beat his rivals.

Meaning last football season and so far this season. That's not even 2 full seasons. You make is sound like it has been forever since anyone be else beat Clemson yet the 2011 season had blowout losses to GT, NC St, SCe, and of course the 70-33 loss to WV.

Yes they would smash us. Yes they would have losses.

well everyone said the same thing last year when they played LSU in a bowl game and prior to their matchup with GA early in the year prior to GA's injuries

neither of those worked out

if LSU and GA aren't great wins i am not sure what is
