UT fired a HOF coach after two bad seasons over a 17 year career. So, two bad seasons and you're out, as far as I'm concerned. For those that want to give this loser another year, fine.

I didn't say fire him. At this point, sign him for 20 years. I'm emotionally spent with this football team. It's a decade-long pride-swallowing seige. We lost to ************* Vanderbilt again. I need to step away from this bullish!t.

Don't get me wrong. I still like Butch. I see that he has an under talented team to work with. He an his staff need to show some balls other than setting Palardy up to throw an INT.

He should never have been hired in the first place. The powers that be (fat old deep pocket rich guys) don't want to admit they're wrong after screwin' the pooch by pulling the plug too quickly on a previous coach. They'll back this one until it is obvious to everyone.

Yep, it sailed when fans started getting unhappy with 8-9 win seasons, I believe. Funny that all the loses back then were square on Fulmer but the loses since are on the team. Odd how that happens.

Fulmers recruiting had been going downhill for several years, the record was starting to show it.

The recruits Fulmer did bring in that were good never got coached up to their potential. He couldn't beat the new upgraded coaches that came into the conference like Saban, Meyer, Miles etc etc.
