That's the way I always looked at it in the past. If one of my managers was failing miserably, I think it only fair to give him two more years to run the business into the ground.

I think my trip to Tennessee, just got suspended a year. I'm not saving up every spare penny I have to watch this garbage.....

Another year, and no ****ing bowl game. Again. I think I cursed this team.

Butch needs to replace some coaches this off-season. Offensively, I seriously question the OL coach. Our OL has underperformed all year. Defensively, you have to give a serious look at getting a new DC. Defensive play-calling has been subpar all year. Given what they had to work with, I'm not as down on the individual defensive position coaches, but there's no excuse for the horrendous play-calling IMO.

Sly, you're old enough to know you can't replace the head coach every year and expect different results. Let him bring in a class and have another offseason with the players he has. If the results are the exact same or worse next year, then you talk about canning his ass.

I am too but u don't fire a guy that has a top 2 recruiting class.
