Even More Obamacare Follies

All opposed by the GOP based on the paychecks of their lobbyist masters.

The Demosh**s had control of Congress and the presidency during Ovomit's first two years. Why didn't they stick it to those evil GOPers and their greedy globalist lobbying arm?

I'll give you a hint: The Democrats and Republicans, including your very own Mr. Can Do No Wrong, answer to the same people.

That bill never makes it to Obumbler's desk without his daddies in the insurance and pharmaceutical companies giving their blessing. I suppose LG is blinded by his homerism.

Funny how he completely ignores this? Oh well maybe this will now allow those poor insurance company CEOs to buy bigger boats.

so your credit score will also determine your premiums?

Credit scores impact new Affordable Care Act insurance plans | News - Home

Anne Packham, one of many people licensed by the state to help people navigate the government's website, said on Tuesday that the credit check occurs so providers can make an educated decision about who to insure.

"If someone is defaulting on all of their bills they may not want to have them as part of their health plan," said Packham, the lead Navigator in Florida.
Participants with low credit scores could end up paying higher premiums, according to Packham, who said that ultimately the insurance company makes the call.

how is this not discriminatory against the poor and minorities? Also, can you even have a credit score without a valid ID?

I am waiting for people in trailer parks and projects that voted for Obama see what they have to pay. Then I think this gets real.

Why should any of the lower class even bother to sign up even the ones that can afford it? They will just pass the buck like they always do & the penalty that's put in your taxes yet isn't a tax will get lost in the thousands of dollars of free money they get back every year.

2 damning facts about ACA:

1) CBO and others estimate near 30 million will still be without insurance after the implementation of ACA  Wasn't the entire point to cover the uninsured?

2) those who remained uninsured are expected to pay $45 billion (with a b) in penalties

What an asinine approach

Wasn't the uninsured number on the order of 30 million?

That's what the left doesn't care about. Whether or not they sign up isn't important. What they harp on is now they are paying something. It doesn't matter to them that the majority of Americans are getting screwed in the process. I'm getting higher monthly premiums, deductibles, and less coverage so someone can opt out of insurance until they need it.

Yesterday, Jan Crawford told CBS This Morning that the launch of the ObamaCare exchanges have been “nothing short of disastrous,” but it’s worth noting a day later. Why? Despite the efforts to take down and revamp the Healthcare.gov website, nothing has changed — not the performance, not the promises, and not the administration’s refusal to release any of the stats on enrollees on Day 10

CBS: ObamaCare launch “nothing short of disastrous” « Hot Air

You think the launch was disastrous? Just wait for the implementation.

This fiasco is just to sign up. Imagine the results when these same clowns are managing your health care.

Epic and Catastrophic Fail.

Obamacare website looks "like nobody tested it," programmer says - CBS News

However, computer experts say the website has major flaws.

"It wasn't designed well, it wasn't implemented well, and it looks like nobody tested it," said Luke Chung, an online database programmer.

Chung supports the new health care law but said it was not the demand that is crashing the site. He thinks the entire website needs a complete overhaul.
"It's not even close. It's not even ready for beta testing for my book. I would be ashamed and embarrassed if my organization delivered something like that," he said.

There are new reports that some people who tried to register but were blocked from enrolling were asked to reset their passwords Tuesday and that more people will be asked to do the same.

Chung told Crawford that this change is a clue that they are making major changes to the system's foundation. He also said it is a sign of progress and that they finally have the people who know what needs to be done to fix the problems.

and for $600mil all we got was a rarely working front-end whose only purpose was to allow users to create an account and was never hooked up to any bigger system. This is likely to be the most expensive website in history before it's all done. People should get fired for this incompetence
