Zimmerman Trial

This thing is out of control. Now Trayvon supporters are claiming this came from Defense attorney Don West's daughter twitter. Assuming this is even true/real to begin with, you leave kids alone.

Just plain disgusting. Thanks Angela Corey! Thanks Benjamin Crump & Company!

There is a photoshopped version of this pic circulating twitter where the word "stupidity" has been replaced with the word Paula Deen used 30 years ago and people are believing its real

Trayvon's parents are going to wish they never went down the Crump road. I have sympathy for what that did because who knows what I would do in a similar situation if my child had been shot and killed and this is where the justice system failed. It worked like it was suppose to until Crump & Company got involved. He should of just told them that pressuring the state to bring this case would be a bad idea.

I have a feeling that the Defense will be able put forth evidence that clearly shows Trayvon was the one that started this thing. I have little doubt that he was jumped. If they wouldn't have went all Tawana Brawley then all this crap about Trayvon could have stayed hidden. Plus, they knew their son, and I find it very, very hard to believe that it is shocking for them to imagine Trayvon starting this thing.

Also, I just saw this gem about Angela Corey. Check out the other kinda cases she likes to bring:

Lol what leads you to believe he's a murder?
If he had stayed in his car and allowed the police to handle it, he wouldn't be sitting in a courtroom today. Instead, he confronts an innocent person. His comments on the 911 call leads me to believe he thought he was a criminal. You don't confront criminals nicely. His comments on the phone also makes it highly believable that he would try to unlawfully detain him (They always get away with this stuff.) Martin knew he was being followed by some stranger.

Innocent guy confronted by some stranger who believes he's some criminal thug.

Usually doesn't end well.

Stranger who's in the wrong place (should have been in his car waiting for the police) confronts innocent guy minding his own business. Fight breaks out, confronter gets whooped. Shoots and kills guy. Claims self defense.

Had he stayed in the car instead of trying to play cops and robbers, no one would be dead.

His reckless actions ended in him killing a guy that was minding his own business. I call that murder.

There has been no evidence that suggests that Zimmerman confronted Martin. Followed? Absolutely. Confronted? No.

Whats up with people defending the States "star witness"? She was literally the worst person they could have put on the stand. Bozo the Clown would have been better, and "able to read cursive"...

and there is also the point that supposedly martin was pretty much home, or his dad's place whatever you want to call it, and he went back knowing Z had his eye on him. i also took it that suggestively he could have been hiding somewhere to approach GZ himself. if that is true he wasn't being an innocent person per se. i don't think martin is as innocent as everyone wants the public to think he is. now regardless of if he started a fight or not i don't think he deserved to die over it. if everyone that just straight got beat up shot the other person imagine the people in jail then.

like i always used to hear when i broke something or did something wrong, my defense was that i didn't mean to do it but the rebuttal was always well, you didn't mean not to do it either. you don't put yourself in the position to lose control or for bad things to happen because eventually they will.

They said on the trial that he wasnt in his Dad's neighborhood, that he was ducking through the gated community and trying to find a way to get to the next neighborhood. Thats why the kid was loitering around at night during a storm.

The spot where the incident took place was on the route that Martin would have had to take to get to his destination. Zimmerman started in one spot sitting in his car, and ended up in another spot, which happened to exactly were the guy that HE TOLD THE 911 DISPATCHER he was following was. How did he end up in Martin's path, if not to confront him.

Do I know he confronted him? No. Does the FACTS I just stated lead me to believe.he did? Yes.

What we believe, and what can be proven in court are two different things; which is why I would be shocked if he's convicted.

I'm about convinced that the prosecutors have been forced by their superiors to try this case. So, they just put on the witnesses and let the chips fall where they may. I just cannot fathom these guys actually going into this case with the idea that they would prevail. "Star" witness with serious credibility issues can't even read her "own" letter? The guy today - Good - testifying that Travon was on top? Why the living hell would you put that guy on the stand unless you were forced. The only thing that makes sense is that they don't want to be there and are compelled to go forward anyway.

Damn well stated.

ok i had just heard his friend jeantel saying that and must have missed when they said he wasn't.

They wouldn't do that, in such a high profile case such as this it is career make or break time.

They are just doing the absolute best they can with what they have. Books will be written telling the truth why this went to trial.

I don't see any way that this case will end in a guilty verdict. Too little evidence as to what really transpired. No one knows how the confrontation started. No one knows who threw the first punch.

Do I believe Zimmerman is a murderer? Yes. Do I believe he should go to jail? No. Not if it can't be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in the court of law.

So much like the O.J. case.

Your an idiot if you believe he is a murderer but dosn't deserve to go to jail. If he is a murderer he belongs in prison!

Just happens to be he's not a murderer.

Again, you ate misstating the facts. It is possible, if not likely, that Martin turned and came back toward Zimmerman, as Zimmerman told the cops. The fact that he was in the immediate vicinity of Martin does not mean he instigated a confrontation.
