How fany fights you seen guys win but get a broken jaw, nose or black eye? I have seen tons. Actually got a black eye in HS from a guy I beat the life out of. Definitely isnt uncommon.

Jones’ jaw broken in locker room fight | Score Atlanta
Walton senior running back and Alabama commitment Tyren Jones was involved in an altercation Friday after school with a teammate in the Raiders’ locker room that resulted in a broken jaw for Jones. Sources within the program confirmed to Score that the jaw was broken in two places. Jones’s injury will require surgery this upcoming Monday morning.



With signing day right around the corner, Georgia’s 2011 Offensive Player of the Year will be in jeopardy of possibly missing the event, which falls just two days following his surgery. Witnesses of the event have met with the Walton administration and have stressed that Jones did not throw any punches and the younger teammate struck first which may keep Jones out of a possible suspension. The rules state that if a student is handed a suspension the student is banned from any extracurricular activities as well. If a three-day or longer suspension is administered, Jones would be held from participating.

Hey man, I'm just joking with ya. I really haven't the foggiest idea who won, who was involved, or what it was over. I'm not even familiar with him since the Vols haven't been involved with him.

As long as he can pound the rock losing a fight I could overlook. Could have been a lineman that had 100 lbs on him. But back to the important stuff. Is this true and is he looking around? Did he ever visit UT? Could always wait till after NSD and come visit if he's interested. Outside of Lane our last highly ranked RB we got came after NSD. Hopefully we land Ford and maybe Jones looks around.

I know you were bro, I didnt mean anything by it I was just curious how it went down. Just saw the article though. Good for him it would have been hard to take a few punch's and do nothing about it.

With him having never visited this year, I seriously doubt it. He could wait till after NSD and look around I guess. I would imagine he would have alot of schools ready to take him today. After looking I see he did not visit anywhere but Bama. Talk about hanging a kid out to dry late. Hope recruits are paying attention to this.

Bama tells the #6RB in the country he will need to GS. :eek:lol:

It's cool. I'm a little touchy I guess. Got jumped by a couple of internet tough guys, enforcers if you will, last night. Apparently, my post were trending toward slightly toward the negative and they didn't take kindly to that.
