Jay Graham has done a lot of work behind the scenes on Tyren Jones, and that could be a UT/UGA battle leading up to NSD if Kamara does indeed choose Bama.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the recruit can contact the coach right? If so I would think the coaches could contact his coach and have him contact our coaches. Plausible?

we already have a very Good Running back Prospect on campus in this class.

its just a question of whether the coaches feel he is more valuable on Defense or offense.

I know it is just a rumor so far, but with Foster's surprise visit to Bama and TW saying that they would be a spot short of being able to take him it would not be too surprising if Bama decided they could take one less RB and take Foster instead.

I would definitely rather have TJ than Derrick Green... no disrespect to DG either. I think TJ is a much better back. I know DG went to Michigan but if UT had 1 spot left, and it was between these 2, I would go with TJ.

TJ has a teammate that is committed to UGA. Ryan Jenkins is also from the Marietta area.

why not just tell Kamara you don't have room...instead they tell a kid committed for months to greyshirt??

hmmm....I guess that's what you have to do to acquire that crystal ball

And you hope recruits are paying attention. Waiting till the dead period with less than 48 hrs to NSD to drop a kid is just shady as hell.

I don't think it was Kamara, there was a incident with Reuben Foster at AU this weekend so he left there and went to Bama for a unofficial visit.

I'm guessing he told saban count me in AU is out.
