Quick question for you guys. I got some terrible news today. A job i have been trying to get for months now finally decided to give me an interview. Well they did a credit report on me and a collection showed up for comcast. The thing is, I have never had comcast and the dates showing on the claim is when i wasnt even 18 years old. WTH do I do? I called comcast and they said to file a fraud report and they would investigate it. Then proceeded to tell me that it would be months maybe even a year before it would be removed from my credit report and even that wasnt a gurantee. Somebodys jackass mistake is about to cost me the best job opportunity i have ever had.
Mistake? Or fraud? :unsure:Quick question for you guys. I got some terrible news today. A job i have been trying to get for months now finally decided to give me an interview. I question a company that wouldn't hire you over that. That's ridiculous
Comcast as a whole just blows. I liked the programing, but their customer service to their service is very unprofessional. There's a reason why we're with ATT now.
while on the phone with the lady at their corp. office, she interupted me while giving her my info by asking her fellow co-worker to smell her new perfume.
If its truly fraudulent it can be removed fairly quick . Join one of those free credit report sites. File a claim, when it's done quit the service.
