Do any of you listen to Paul Finebaum? I rarely do but I do know how he loves to just throw stuff out there just to stir the pot. If radio stations said it's a done deal would people still tune in to listen? Not as much I don't think. Point is, just like Finebaum all radio hosts do what they can to improve ratings. They know what buttons to push to get folks going. IN this case I think they are better off saying Gruden is not coming than they are to say he is coming.

One thing's certain....when all is said and done there will be some serious trust issues for some time within Vol Nation (here online and in general). Homicide and suicide rates may be going up as well. I don't think I've ever seen so much tension within a single minded group of people.

2 schools of thought IMO

1.) Gruden will get turned off by all of the crazy rumors etc... and just say No it's all just too crazy/hold out for NFL (kinda like Mike and Mike comments) or

2.) He likes the pursuit/attention and wants to get the most $/control he can.

Hart got his work cut out for him. I'm giving him his shot and see what he can do. Skeeter has faith in him and thats good enough for me.

EXACTLY. If he knew about a meeting earlier before it got cancelled, why didn't he report that? If his source told him, "we had a meeting, but it got cancelled," then its pretty safe to say his source could be playing him and Hubbs is at his mercy.

Boro I'm with you . I'll be siting next to the violin player watching and hoping the people that didn't even believe Gruden would talk to us GTFO and go back to the FF .

This is coming strait from inside Hertz.Caddillac was scheduled to be at TAC Air at 4:30 was just rescheduled for 6:55.
Possibly Hyams source meant the meeting was canceled for the specific time and rescheduled later this evening.

If we don't Get Gruden, does anyone know the date for the Funeral? I've got to make arrangements to attend the sad passing of UT Football......many tears will be shed, oh well, no one can truthfully say they didn't see it comming.

I'm usually a very light smoker (2 or 3 cigarettes a day)...

I think I've smoked half a pack a day for about a week now.

We never heard about a meeting initially until it was cancelled so that tells you that they want you to think the deal is dead, i still have hope.
