He says that he has heard Gruden is being offered a stake in the Cleveland Browns franchise from Haslam if he accepts the HC job at Tennessee. This would obviously not be part of the official contract, but if this is true, it sounds like they are working every possible angle.

I have never seen a coaching search without an in-person interview. That usually gets out. It got out a year ago when UT interviewed Phil Bennett and Sunseri for the DC job and it got out when Dooley was interviewed. So are you saying they have already interviewed in person?

I'm not trying to bash, just giving my opinion.
