Mora would be about the best consolation prize if we don't land Gruden.

Petersen would be my 2nd choice after Gruden but I'd be just fine with Mora. Get a big buyout and make sure he sticks around.

My wife is a converted hog fan to Vol fan though. So are my kids. We show up every family gathering in orange and aggravate the hell out off them

EE signing period is less than a month away. If he is already the head coach at UT, he would be recruiting. Buyout money isn't going to stop him from getting a head start.

Next week this is a legit arguement IMO. This week we still have a game to play and its just days since DD was fired. It's very believeable that JG would want a grace period due to his friendship and also to allow the last game to be played without distraction.
