I have. The battery seems to drain a bit faster but it could be my imagination. I've also noticed that sometimes my Safari bookmarks are missing and I have to close and reopen the browser. I'm not sure if either are common issues.

I think I am about to dive in, the improvements seem vast on paper. Last update went off without a hitch but the first iOS update was a total disaster.

No problems for me yet. Biggest issue seems to be that they have switched from Google's maps to their own, and it's still a little half-baked. Works fine for me so far, but I live in a big city.
