One of the posters SFla recruiting and Um site( 20 year coach and admin in Fla) said today that he wouldn't get into the SEC/ACC. A kid that has been to 4 schools in 3 years won't get through the clearing house even with a sliding scale. Kent Turene was enrolled at Boyd Anderson HS for 3 years and had better scores and gpa but was red flagged because of online and open campus classes approved by the FD Ed. He's at Marshall.

Wow, that is really surprising. I've heard of quite a few people with a 3.0 gpa and 24 on the act being denied.

Yeah that's hard to believe since I had a 2.9 gpa and a superscored 28 act and didn't get in.

I mean yeah it seems ridiculous, but you weren't an athlete I'm guessing. A 22 on the ACT is pretty good. Compared to a lot of athletes that is great. Btw I am a student at UT. Not completely talking out of my ass. Just halfway

I keep hearing stuff like this about Leggett. Has he been in prior trouble or is it just the grades? Bc people keep making him sound like a bad seed, and just bad grades doesn't warrant that.

FSU, tOSU and Miami all said no. Marshall or Prepschool is the only legit option for Leggett.

Not if Dooley is bringing him in this late that's not his only options. He must feel good about him getting in if they are having him up.
