It would be easier for you to put each yolk in an ice tray with a pinch of salt (small pinch), freeze them then put them in a zip lock. Obviously, easier for a recipe.
I've never seen any creme burlees, the one's I'm familiar with are rough and scratchy.

For me. A little olive oil, fresh rosemary and fresh garlic.

Grill to medium rare.

Enjoy with some grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes with a sweet Marsala and mushroom sauce.
 
i love it..thanks..I am the type of person who eats everything rare from steaks, prime rib, ahi tuna and loving all sushi..raw oysters..etc..so I can eat veal without trichinosis..I sometimes eat raw bacon while waiting on breakfast so guess it could be worse.
 
Lots of different ways to prepare Veal Chops, just like a nice steak, but less is better IMO.

I'd love a good Veal chop right now, a side of roasted red peppers and a Caesar salad with anchovies......damn!
 
Post me a good interesting recipe to try this week. Crabcakes are up for tuesday night, ribs for thursday. Prolly couscous/brown rice with garlic chicken and veggies for monday. I need to fill in a couple nights lol

I really am sorry. I thought about it several hours the night you posted it and got a headache. Not knowing your taste, budget and ingredient availability made it a tough task. Then I got busy and just forgot. Thanks for forgiving me. I'll do better next time!

Why are they Crappy?

Here's my sauce I made tonight for my neighbors....

Ground beef, pork,veal, olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh Parmesan, fresh rosemary, fresh basil, burgundy wine, bay leaf, cracked black pepper, onion, roasted red peppers and A Lot of Love.
 
Idk. It just didn't sit right with my taste buds.

It was meat, a beaten egg, chopped onion, w'shire sauce, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt n pepper and a lil cream. Patted out into burgers. Something about it just didnt sit right with me. My dad says its a bit too much garlic(I didn't measure it lol).
