Lots of different ways to prepare Veal Chops, just like a nice steak, but less is better IMO.

I'd love a good Veal chop right now, a side of roasted red peppers and a Caesar salad with anchovies......damn!
I would kill for some authentic wiener schnitzel.

Turkey taco salads for dinner. What is it about hot that makes me want more? It's worse than alcohol. Everytime I bit into a jalapeno I couldn't get the next bite into my mouth fast enough.

Gimme some ideas for jalapenos that aren't fat and calorie laden.

Personally, I don't like to mix Japs and garlic in the same recipe, that's just me tho. My favorite use of japs is in a meatloaf, beef, mixed (pork, beef, veal), turkey....etc. Fresh, not pickled.

Mexican Cucumber Salad... Fresh sliced cukes, fresh squeezed lime juice, thin sliced onions, thin sliced japs, salt and cayenne pepper. Mix and let it chill for at least an hour....OMG!

Mexican Seafood Cocktail......Ketchup, Clam juice, Orange Crush, lime juice, onion, fresh japs, and any seafood you like (shrimp, octopus and crab is the original recipe), bit whatever you want will work. That shiz is awesome.

Try frying them in olive oil, until they get almost black on the outside before you use them too.

Sooo many more, I will be glad to share later. I have to go feed some neighbors.

I really am sorry. I thought about it several hours the night you posted it and got a headache. Not knowing your taste, budget and ingredient availability made it a tough task. Then I got busy and just forgot. Thanks for forgiving me. I'll do better next time

I hope I didnt give you a headache, it really isnt a big deal, just get tired of cooking the same things over and over. I guess I feel like I am in a rut in my kitchen lol. I hope your head is back to 110% :)

You didn't give me a headache FD, I gave myself one. It's a lot easier for you to tell me you have ....________ and ask what to do with it, than it is to ask what you asked. I mean, we can go King Crab Legs to Spam and everything in between! I make a really good Puttanesca, but it requires anchovies and black olives...do you have those? Do you really want to go buy them and never use them again? IDK. Give me a hint as to what you wanna do and I will do my best for you!

Isnt it awful that I have no clue? Say 50 bucks but I can flex more in there. I love seafood but finding it really fresh is hard here :)

I have a "signature" sauce that I make. It goes really well with almost anything, but really well on seafood. I might have been buzzed one night and posted it on here hahaha, but I don't think I did. Hopefully we get PM's back soon and I'll share it with you. Until then....do you like Veal? I have a really unique recipe for it. Or Salmon? I have one for it also....both different.

FD..I'll save you 40 bucks....

Throw a lb or so of chicken breast and BBQ sauce in a crockpot....and enjoy a simple BBQ sandwich

we boil the chicken first

I always enjoy your input (no sarcasm), but she asked for something different and interesting. Do you understand what kind of pressure that puts on me? :) (Just want to please).

Take a frozen pizza. Cut it in half and bake it according to instructions. Put a pan on the stove and crack a few eggs in it. When the pizza is done, slyed the ingredients off the dough into the eggs and fold it. Pizza omelet. Shave some fresh Parmesan cheese on top and a little fresh basil. Use the dough to dip in olive oil with roasted garlic. After all, the dough and sauce is the worst part of frozen pizza.

You're welcome. Cheap. Easy. Good. Different. Interesting.

I have to go cheap and easy, it's the only way we cook in our house...

Darlin I love you.but I dont think I can eat this. The only time I was ever sick while preggo was on a scrambled egg breakfast with mushrooms, cayenne pepper, and cheese

I totally understand. If it weren't for people bringing me things to cook for them, I'd be eating tuna (from a can). I think you should post here more often with your "MacGyver" recipes. I have a bunch, but always interested in learning. I really don't think I know it all.

Haha. Have no point. You disappointed me last night. I was trying to be sarcastic with the young'ins and you didn't catch on. WTF?

I'm guessing this sauce isn't good for you? Nothing good ever is. But I want the recipe.

I'd love to give it to you Volly.... (No pun intended), but yes, the base is not healthy at all but the two ingredients that makes it special aren't. It really is something.
