You guys are in real bad shape down there.

LSU was hurting in 2009 not now. LSU only signed two RBs in 3 years by 2009 it was a huge problem once the injuries came down the line... it was basically Ridley or broke.

LSU has the correct number to run what they want to run now without destroying some kids knees.

I do get your point though.

Bourque can go someplace else but he shouldn't blame it on the fact that he won't get playing time, that is up to him.

Good luck to him whatever he decides. If I get additional information I will pass on it on here. The kid actually said bad things about Les if I remember correctly before he decommited from A&M, so you never know.

I am not solid that the kid will stick with LSU.

It looks like Jeremy Hill is back with LSU. Do you guys think that Bourque will start to look around?

It was my understanding that he has been enrolled since the beginning of the Fall, as far as I know Hill will count towards the 2012 numbers. Apparently Bourque found out and that put his panties all in a twist.

Bourque has already had a rocky past in the recruiting front with LSU, so anything is possible.

LSU-SIU, do you expect him to decommit? How good of a RB prospect is he?

I don't know if I expect it, but I wouldn't be surprised though. He said some bad things about the coaching staff, from what I was told he apologized and committed.

On film he looks like a mirror image of Alfred Blue who already plays for LSU. Same size and same type of running style. IMHO

Bourque is a guy to watch. We're making a push, and he's listening.

If so that is HUGE news. This kid's highlight film is extremely impressive. He has some serious speed to go along with his size. He could play immediately for us next year, giving time for Hill and Watson to develop behind him and Lane...

OK watched his film, and it looks good. He is definitely better than Cross speed wise and agility wise. Only thing I saw that bothered me was he carries the ball real loose. That will not work in the SEC, but that can surely be coached out of him. He looks like a faster Eddie George to me. I would like to get him on the team.

Stop making comparisons to the every few RBs in the NFL that are legitimately 6'2". They're an exception, not a rule.

This guy is an absolute beast. The Rivals "Reminds us of" (Matt Forte) is actually accurate for once. He would be splitting carries with Marlin Lane during the NC State game IMO.
