i thaw my chicken
one bowl, 2 eggs salt, pepper to taste and beat them
2nd bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika - i just guestimate, i always do flour first, then paprika, flour, then salt last so i can see how much is in there.....
dip chicken in egg take it out and then dip and coat it in flour mixture
pop it in the oven and bake it, flip it half way.

prolly won't take 40 minutes then if it's small pieces.
we typically just do 8 minutes each. you can bake them in the oven if you want, but it's just always more convenient for us to microwave them
