The Corvette represents Edwards and Richardson. Walter represents the law.

This is what happens.

All this kick them all 3 off now **** is getting old.If JJ was only at the wrong place at the wrong time he deserves no punishment. Wrong place at wrong time only makes him unlucky, not guilty. Lay off him. If that kind of "bad judgement" was punishable we would ALL be in hot water. Let CLK the university and the KPD get all the facts together and go from there, Geez people, chill. Its like some of you have done no wrong.

Either way this is the 3rd strike for JJ & he should be kicked off the team. Either he was part of the armed robbery or he was out past curfew. Either one is a 3rd strike for him & if Kiffin wants to keep the rep of him being a hard disciplinarian then JJ has to go along with the other 2.

Such absolutes you speak of when you don't know for sure of either I bet.

Do the players have a curfew on nights that aren't prior to a game day? I don't know for sure, but I'd almost bet they don't.

If not, JJ could very well be in the free & clear on this.

Kiffin didn't do anything unclean... yet. We'll see what happens when the whole story comes out, and if Edwards & Richardson are gone or not. I won't speculate on Jackson.

Its a felony, the STATE will press charges, the victims can also press their own charges, but the state will do its own thing, regardless of the victims willingness to press charges. It will be "The People" vs Richardson etc...

And absent a willing victim(s), the state's case is practically dead in the water. Welcome to the world of Nolle Prosse. Happens all the time, especially when / where the "Big Two" (thugs & drugs) are involved.

Beyond that, there should be at least two more scholarships, and maybe three, available for the Class of 2010.

Go Vols.

Hence, a responsible journalist wouldn't report a failed drug test as fact when there is still room for speculation. Again, I really do respect that you aren't doing that.

Aren't there privacy laws surrounding drug tests, failed or passed. I am shocked that anyone would have access to the actual results, especially writers/reporters. Add that to the fact that Jimmy lost credibility with his Black Jersey reporting and I would say that the jury is still out on what type of substance abuse might be involved. I also read on this site that it might have had something to do with a bar on the strip.

Just wondering if JJ gets another drug test, if so and it's positive, does CLK still keep him? I don't believe this wrong place at the wrong time BS.

When it's a high profile player there is always a chance it will leak.

Although I despise Jimmy Hyams, there is a very good possibility he is correct in saying he failed a drug test. I still do not think it was his place to announce it.

I would certainly care if he was being kicked off the team for having done nothing wrong. You cannot seem to face the idea that a person CAN be wrongly accused of something.

Wrong. If this guy were a manager and wasn't involved and wasn't guilty of anything then I would be saying the same thing. First it is CLK's job and the KPD's job to get the facts and based on those facts make a decision.

People who don't have all the facts can speculate all they want that he should have seen, he probably knew, etc.

I don't know, I wasn't there but I am far more comfortable having CLK decide than people mind reading on a thread.
