I don't buy this recruit argument. Peyton was prepared to sit a year behind Colquitt, for goodness sake.
Kiffin gambled (and lost) on JC. If it was close in practice, like he said, then his story from the beginning of the season is that both QBs would get snaps.
I don't buy the WR argument either. These guys have been productive in the past. At this point, if they aren't doing the right things, it's all on the coaches.
I am behind Kiffin, but I think he has a lot to learn about being a head coach at this point. However, you win with Jimmys and Joes, and if he continues to bring in (and coach-up) star quality recruits, he will have the chance for his OJT.
However, he is at risk of throwing this season away. It's Time .... to rotate QBs if nothing else.
This is has to be top 10 most uninformed post of the season. Did the Great Pumpkin have you believing he left the cupboard well stocked at the QB position? Then you offer the most unrealistic advice of rotating QB's. It is never a good idea to rotate QB's, all that it does is prevent from one of the bad QB's from getting more reps to get somewhat better.
