c'mon, Cam Carr is a mid-first rounder in the mock drafts. Was he a mid-first rounder here? No. The discussion started with "who developed better after leaving here" and DJ Burns, Cam Carr, and Tobe Awaka are all good examples. It's OK to admit that it happens sometimes.

Tobe's per minute numbers didn't change that much at Arizona. Cam Carr wouldn't play defense here, and he didn't play it for Baylor, so they finished close to 300th in team defense. Burns wouldn't try to get in shape during his red shirt year. He was a guy who played at Winthrop for three years and got two at NC State, where he averaged 12 ppg. Because he was incredibly out of shape, he never played more than 24 minutes a game in his career. It was usually in the 10s to around 20mpg.

Im kind of the opposite. I love that they do due diligence and I always know we will end up with some nice additions, I just don’t know who. It’s kind of fun for me. Trippie waits all year for portal season, so it wouldn’t be fair to him if we wrapped it up the first week.
