3 big players weren't playing. Played down to the competition and still got a win.Wrexham were inches away from sending that game to penalties in extra time. Obviously happy to move on but personally I thought Wrexham were better overall. Tough result for them.
Also got to rest most of the key players for the PSG matchup this week. Game was sloppy from Chelsea but overall an effective day with moving on and getting rest for key players.
Still not even the biggest beatdown of the day. TBH this is probably a blessing in disguise. They’re not winning the CL and need to put all their focus on either getting players fit, or keeping the ones who are fit on the field and staying in the PL.Tottenham redefining Spursy today.
This is comical even by Spurs standards. Two slips and a miskick, 3 goals inside of 15 minutes.

He may be, but his style certainly isn’t. I seriously doubt Spurs fans would tolerate it. Even Dycheball seems like a stretch. He is entertaining.
I would only want Dyche if they were to try for another appointment only for the remainder of the season. That seems silly, but Igor is a disaster. He may be, but his style certainly isn’t. I seriously doubt Spurs fans would tolerate it. Even Dycheball seems like a stretch.
My enduring memory of Big Sam is from one of the first few Everton games I ever went to. Away on Boxing Day to a West Brom team that was rock bottom of the league from basically the opening week to the last and hadn’t won a game in months. Sam set us up like we were headed to the Nou Camp to face Barcelona circa 2010. He got the soulless 0-0 draw he played for though, so I guess there’s that.
