If he leaves they'll have to fire him. No team is going to pay him $2mil as a D coordinator and no team that pays their head coach $2mil will hire him.FAHR Banks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He sucks
Last year was a fluke
He cAnt stop actual good teams
He doesn’t adjust
He can’t even recruit a decent safety
He sucks!!!!!!
He shouldn’t even be allowed at the facility or even in the state of Tennessee after his last performance, they do love him in Nashville though….
Tim banks is probably loved in Athens and Tuscaloosa…
I’m sure Alex down in auburn is looking forward to facing him to get his big win of the year
Fire his ass
Indiana is built off the back of transfers which is what we should be doing. It’s hard to make a living off the back of low rated High school recruits.DE – Mikail Kamara (Class of 2020 0-star, not ranked). Thought to be an undersized defensive lineman, Kamara had no Power 4 offers.
DT – Tyrique Tucker (Class of 2022 0-star, not ranked). Tucker joined has older brother at JMU. His other offers appeared to be FCS schools.
DT – Hosea Wheeler (Class of 2022 0-star, not ranked). Wheeler went to junior college out of high school.
DE – Kellan Wyatt (Class of 2022 3-star, No. 1,033 overall, No. 99 LB). Wyatt chose Maryland out of high school over Syracuse and Buffalo.
LB – Aiden Fisher (Class of 2022 0-star, not ranked). Fisher narrowed his options down to JMU and Old Dominion.
LB – Rolijah Hardy (Class of 2024 0-star, not ranked). The Florida product spent a year at Navy Prep before being discovered by the IU staff.
S – Amare Ferrell (Class of 2023 3-star, No. 578 overall, No. 53 safety). Ferrell was a solid win for then head coach Tom Allen. He had several Power 4 offers.
S – Louis Moore (Class of 2019 0-star, not ranked). Moore did not have offers out of high school and went the junior college route.
S – Devan Boykin (Class of 2020 3-star, No. 833 overall, No. 66 CB). Boykin committed to N.C. State out of high school. His other offers appear to have been non-Power 4.
Here's a look at the key contributors of Indiana's defense and their star ratings out of high school... Star gazers let it soak in.

Not many really have. One that I know of. I just don’t think it’s right when people try to discredit everything because that’s disingenuous. Last year we won because of the defense. It’s the truth. This year, we were terrible. I have no problem with a change and would like to see better development in the backend.I flat out do not understand those making excuses, that are perfectly ok with Banks coming back![]()
That's exactly right.CFP committee will put Bama in because of their win against UGA alone and qualify that as the best win amongst Bama, ND and Miami. JMO
BYU was "in" before losing their conference championship. No one's arguing for them to be included, though they've only lost twice. Both times to the same team that's most likely getting a bye in the CFP. And they didn't lose to a horrible FSU team. There is no legitimate reason, other than football politics, for Bama to be in over Miami.
Yep... Lot of talent we missed on that was there for the taking... folks cussing the situation and then of course all the orange koolaid drinkers coming to the admin and staff's rescue... "we won't overpay" "we can't pay more and then have potential disruption with the current roster" "we'll be fine, staff knows what it's doing" "we've seen we can do more with less"...sigh. i cannot believe how badly we **** the bed in porthole in 2024-25.
Hopefully it is a situation where Heup is saying, "hey, we can go find you a spot somewhere else for less money so it can look like you have control over the situation, or Ima need to let you go"...If he leaves they'll have to fire him. and then it's like...why shouldn't the CC game matter?Again not disagreeing. Maybe BYU and Bama should both be in.
The reason for a Bama to be in over Miami is bc Bama was in before the CC game and made the conference champ game in the toughest conference. Miami couldn’t muster a conference champ game trip in the ACC. So they are rewarded for not making the CC game?
Look at OU. Still in bc they…. Didn’t make the CC game? So they are rewarded for not having another data point? It just doesn’t make sense if you want keep conference champ games moving forward.

maybe this is the porthole season we turn it around and go hunting and get some big time talent to fill the much needed spots on defense, a RB, and a 1yr QB that can manage the game and throw the long ball consistently... I feel like Heup is sweating a bit after the way the season ended the last month...
